Delivery Guidelines
Please read the following important points before placing your order:
Local Delivery Info:
- Orders between $49.99 USD and $98 USD = $7 USD shipping fee
- Any order over $98 USD = Free home delivery
Delivery Guidelines:
- Customers using VA delivery will receive their orders on Monday or Tuesday (cut-off is Sunday at 12:00 PM (noon)).
- Customers using DC delivery will receive their orders on Friday (cut-off is Thursday at 12:00 PM (noon)).
- Customers using MD delivery will receive their orders on Friday (cut-off is Thursday at 12:00 PM (noon)).
- For urgent orders requiring early delivery, please call customer service immediately after placing your order at 2127299060.
*Customers using VA delivery should place orders before Sunday at 12:00 PM (noon) to ensure delivery on Monday or Tuesday. [Please note to mention VA in the "Company" box when making payment]* Orders placed after Sunday at 12:00 PM (noon) will be automatically postponed for a week (orders will not be printed).
*Customers using MD delivery should place orders before Thursday at 12:00 PM (noon) to ensure delivery on Friday. Refund Policy
*Customers receiving fresh products (seafood, meat, vegetables, fruits, and perishable and frozen items) from Ginkgo Market should contact customer service within 8 hours of receipt if there are any issues. Returns/exchanges are not accepted after 8 hours. (No reason or excuse needed)
*Grocery items must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery for refunds/exchanges on the next order.
*All discounted products, holiday items, seasonal fruits, and freshly slaughtered chickens, ducks, and geese cannot be returned or exchanged after ordering.
*Orders cannot be changed or refunded before the goods are delivered; (order cancellation) Ginkgo Market will charge a 10% handling fee.
*Out-of-stock items will be refunded in the original way after the order is completed, which may take about 3-5 business days. Customers can also notify customer service to restock or issue a gift card code via email for use on the next order.
*Due to various reasons, shipping costs have surged, and there may be delays in arrival. Sometimes, ships may arrive in the U.S. but cannot dock, leading to shortages of some goods. Our staff believes that all items ordered by customers are essentials! (For grocery items in the order, refer to the text! Compatible with different brands of the same name! If you cannot accept this handling method, please note it when placing your order!)
