- Orders $99.99 USD - $128 USD = $9.99 USD shipping fee
- Any order over $128 USD = Free home delivery
Delivery Guide:
- VA delivery customers will receive delivery Monday-Tuesday (cutoff Sunday 12:00pm noon)
- DC+MD delivery customers will receive delivery on Friday (cutoff Thursday 12:00pm noon)
- For scheduled pickup, please check group notifications!
- For urgent orders requiring early delivery, please call customer service at 212-729-9060 immediately after ordering.
*VA delivery customers must place orders before Sunday 12:00pm (noon) to ensure delivery Monday-Tuesday. [Please note “VA” in the “Company” field at payment.] *Orders placed after Sunday 12:00pm will be postponed by one week (orders will not be printed).
*MD delivery customers must place orders before Thursday 12:00pm (noon) to ensure delivery on Friday. [Please note “MD” in the “Company” field at payment.] *Orders placed after Thursday 12:00pm (noon) will be postponed by one week (orders will not be printed).
*DC delivery customers must place orders before Thursday 12:00pm (noon) to ensure delivery on Friday. [Please note “DC” in the “Company” field at payment.] *Orders placed after Thursday 12:00pm (noon) will be postponed by one week (orders will not be printed).

Refund Policy
*Ginkgo Market customers receiving fresh products (seafood, meat, vegetables, fruits, fresh-keeping foods, and frozen products) must contact customer service within 8 hours of receipt if there are any issues. No returns or refunds after 8 hours. (No reason or excuse needed)
*Miscellaneous products must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. Refunds or exchanges can be arranged for the next order.
*All special offer products, holiday products, seasonal fruits, and freshly slaughtered chicken, duck, and goose cannot be returned or exchanged after ordering.
*Orders cannot be exchanged or refunded before delivery; (order cancellations) Ginkgo Market will charge a 10% handling fee.
*For out-of-stock items, after the order is fulfilled, customer service will refund by the original method within 3-5 business days. Customers can also notify customer service to restock for the next order or issue a gift card code via email for use on the next order.
*Due to various reasons, shipping costs have surged and port arrival times are delayed. Sometimes ships arrive in the US but cannot dock, causing shortages of some goods. Our inventory staff believe that all items ordered are necessities! (For miscellaneous products in orders, the text description prevails! Different brands with the same name are compatible! If you cannot accept this handling method, please leave a note @ Note when ordering)!
