Refund Policy
*Customers of Ginkgo Market who receive fresh products (seafood, meat, vegetables, fruits, and perishable and frozen products) must contact customer service within 6 hours of receiving the goods if there are any issues; returns/exchanges are not allowed after 6 hours. (No reason or excuse is needed)
*Grocery products must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery for refunds/exchanges.
*All discounted products, holiday products, seasonal fruits, and freshly slaughtered chickens, ducks, and geese are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once ordered.
*Orders cannot be changed or refunded before the goods are delivered; (order cancellation) Ginkgo Market will charge a 10% handling fee.
*Out-of-stock items will be refunded in the original way after the order is completed, which takes about 3-5 business days. Customers can also notify customer service to restock on the next order or issue a gift card code to be used on the next order via email.
*Due to various reasons, shipping costs have surged, and there are delays in port arrival; sometimes the ship has arrived in the U.S. but cannot dock, which will lead to shortages of some goods. Our staff believes that the items ordered by customers are necessities! (Grocery products in the order are subject to text! Same name different brand compatibility! If you cannot accept this handling method, please leave a note when placing the order)!
