*Customers of Ginkgo Market who receive fresh products (seafood, meat, vegetables, fruits, fresh food and frozen products, please contact customer service within 6 hours after receiving the goods if you have any questions. Returns and exchanges are not allowed after 6 hours)/ Refund. (No reason or excuse required)
*Grocery products must be delivered on the same day as the order (need to inform customer service in advance). Refund/exchange goods next time.
*All specials and holiday products, seasonal fruits, and chickens, ducks, and geese that are now sold and killed are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged after the order is placed.
*Orders will not be replaced or refunded before the goods are delivered; (cancellation of order) Ginkgo Market will charge a 10% handling fee.
*For out-of-stock items, the customer service department will return them in the original way after the order is shipped. It will take about 3-5 working days. The customer can also notify customer service to restock or issue the order next timeGift card code to email for next order.
*Due to various reasons! As a result, the freight of goods has skyrocketed, and the arrival time at the port has been delayed. Sometimes the ship has arrived in the United States and cannot arrive at the port, which will lead to a shortage of some goods.
