Refund Policy

*Customers of Ginkgo Market who receive fresh products (seafood, meat, vegetables, fruits, perishable foods, and frozen products) must contact customer service within 6 hours of receipt if there are any issues. No returns or refunds are allowed after 6 hours. (No reason or excuse needed)
*Grocery products must be reported on the day of delivery (please notify customer service in advance). Refunds or exchanges can be arranged for the next order.
*All special offer products, holiday products, seasonal fruits, and freshly slaughtered chicken, duck, and goose are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once ordered.
*Orders cannot be changed or refunded before delivery; (order cancellations) Ginkgo Market will charge a 10% handling fee.
*For out-of-stock items after order delivery, customer service will refund by the original payment method within approximately 3-5 business days. Customers may also notify customer service to restock for the next order or receive a gift card code via email for use on the next order.

*Due to various reasons, shipping costs have surged dramatically, and port arrival times have been delayed. Sometimes ships arrive in the US but cannot dock, causing shortages of some goods. Our inventory staff believe that the items ordered by customers are essential! (For grocery products in the order, the text description prevails! Different brands with the same name are interchangeable! If you cannot accept this handling method, please leave a note when placing your order.)
