Please read the following points to note before placing an order:

Local Delivery Info:

  • Order $29.99 USD-$68 USD = $7 USD shipping
  • Any order over $68 USD = Free delivery to your door

Shipping Guide:

  • VA delivery customers will receive delivery from Monday to Tuesday (order cutoff is 12:00pm (noon) on Sunday)
  • DC delivery customers will receive delivery on Friday (order cut-off at 12:00pm (noon) on Thursday)
  • Customers receiving MD delivery will be delivered on Friday (order cut-off at 12:00pm (noon) on Thursday)
  • If urgent orders need to be delivered in advance, please call customer service 2127299060 immediately after placing the order.

*For VA delivery customers, please place your order before 12:00pm (noon) on Sunday to ensure delivery from next Monday to Tuesday. [Please note VA in the "Company" box when making payment] *Any order placed after 12:00pm on Sunday will automatically delay delivery for one week (the order will not be printed.)

*Customers with MD delivery please place your order before 12:00pm (noon) on Thursday to ensure delivery on Friday. [Please note MD in the "Company" box when making payment] *Any order placed after 12:00pm (noon) on Thursday will automatically delay delivery for one week (the order will not be printed.)

*For DC delivery customers, please place your order before 12:00pm (noon) on Thursday to ensure delivery on Friday. Refund policy

*Customers of Ginkgo Market who receive fresh products (seafood, meat, vegetables, fruits, fresh food and frozen products, please contact customer service within 6 hours after receiving the goods if you have any questions. Returns and exchanges are not allowed after 6 hours)/ Refund. (No reason or excuse required)
*Grocery products must be delivered on the same day as the order (need to inform customer service in advance). Refund / exchange goods next time.
*All specials and holiday products, seasonal fruits, and chickens, ducks, and geese that are now sold and killed are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged after the order is placed.
*Orders will not be replaced or refunded before the goods are delivered; (cancellation of order) Ginkgo Market will charge a 10% handling fee.
*For out-of-stock items, the customer service department will return them in the original way after the order is shipped. It will take about 3-5 working days. The customer can also notify customer service to restock or issue the order next timeGift card code to email for next order.
