- Orders $29.99 USD - $68 USD = $7 USD shipping fee
- Any order over $68 USD = Free home delivery
Delivery Guidelines:
- Customers for VA delivery will receive their orders on Monday to Tuesday (cut-off time is Sunday at 12:00 pm (noon))
- Customers for DC delivery will receive their orders on Friday (cut-off time is Thursday at 12:00 pm (noon))
- Customers for MD delivery will receive their orders on Friday (cut-off time is Thursday at 12:00 pm (noon))
- For urgent orders requiring early delivery, please call customer service at 2127299060 immediately after placing your order
*Customers for VA delivery should place their orders before Sunday at 12:00 pm (noon) to ensure delivery on the following Monday to Tuesday. 【Please note to mention VA in the "Company" box when making payment】* Any orders placed after Sunday at 12:00 pm (noon) will automatically be postponed for a week (orders will not be printed).

Refund Policy
*Customers of Ginkgo Market who receive perishable products (seafood, meat, vegetables, fruits, and fresh or frozen products) must contact customer service within 8 hours of receiving the goods if there are any issues; returns/exchanges are not accepted after 8 hours. (No reason or excuse needed)
*Grocery products must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery for refunds/exchanges.
*All discounted products, holiday products, seasonal fruits, and freshly slaughtered chickens, ducks, and geese cannot be returned or exchanged after ordering.
*Orders cannot be changed or refunded before the goods are delivered; (cancellation of orders) Ginkgo Market will charge a 10% handling fee.
*For out-of-stock items, customer service will refund in the original way after the order is completed, which takes about 3-5 business days. Customers can also notify customer service to restock on their next order or issue gift card codes to be used on the next order.
*Due to various reasons, shipping costs have surged, and there are delays in port arrival times. Sometimes ships arrive in the U.S. but cannot dock, which may lead to shortages of some goods. Our staff believes that the items ordered by customers are necessities! (For grocery products in the order, the text prevails! Compatible with different brands of the same name! If you cannot accept this handling method, please note it when placing your order!)
