  • Customers for VA delivery will be delivered from Monday to Tuesday (order cutoff is Sunday at 12:00 pm (noon)).
  • Customers for DC delivery will be delivered on Friday (the order cutoff is Thursday at 12:00 pm (noon)).
  • Customers for MD delivery will be delivered on Friday (the order cutoff is Thursday at 12:00 pm (noon)).
  • If you need urgent delivery, please call customer service at 2127299060 immediately after placing your order.

Refund Policy

*Customers of Ginkgo Market receive fresh products (seafood, meat, vegetables, fruits, and preserved and frozen products). Please contact customer service within 8 hours of receiving the goods if there are any issues. Returns or refunds are not accepted after 8 hours. (No reasons or excuses are necessary.)
*Grocery products must be notified to customer service in advance on the day the order is delivered. Refund/next exchange of goods.
*All discounted products, holiday products, seasonal fruits, and freshly slaughtered chickens, ducks, and geese are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the order is placed.
*Orders cannot be changed or refunded before the goods are delivered; (for order cancellation) Ginkgo Market will charge a 10% handling fee.

*Out-of-stock items in the order will be refunded in the original way after the order is completed, which takes about 3-5 working days. Customers can also inform customer service to restock when placing the next order or send a gift card code to the email for use in the next order.

  *Due to various reasons! The freight costs have skyrocketed, and there are delays in port arrival times. Sometimes the ship has arrived in the U.S. but cannot dock, which will lead to shortages of some goods. Our cargo handlers believe that the items ordered by the customer are all necessities!
