      Refund Policy

      *Customers of Ginkgo Market receiving fresh products (seafood, meat, vegetables, fruits, and perishable and frozen products) must contact customer service within 6 hours of receipt if there are any issues; returns/exchanges are not accepted after 6 hours. (No reason or excuse needed)
      *Grocery products must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery for refunds/exchanges.
      *All discounted products, holiday products, seasonal fruits, and freshly slaughtered chickens, ducks, and geese are non-returnable after ordering.
      *Orders cannot be changed or refunded before the goods are delivered; (cancellation of orders) Ginkgo Market will charge a 10% handling fee.
      *Out-of-stock items will be refunded in the original manner after the order is completed, which may take 3-5 business days. Customers can also notify customer service to restock on the next order or issue a gift card code to be used on the next order.

      *Due to various reasons! Causing shipping costs to soar, and delays in arrival times, sometimes the ship has arrived in the US but cannot dock, which will lead to shortages of some goods.
